I get the impression Fitton has stopped paying stupid money and goes for lower wages with higher bonuses (which would have cost shit loads last season but our income was higher to cover them). Not sure about that. My guess is that a deal has been on the table for Sheehan all the time with the proviso he sorted his shit out with Leeds first, even after we signed Rose. I reckon they just kept quiet about it. |
