The duo have both put pen to paper on three-year deals and could make their debuts in Town's League One opener at home to Brighton on Saturday.
The deal is believed to be worth an initial £350,000, which could eventually reach almost £600,000 based on appearances and the team's success.
Personal terms were agreed over the weekend, and the pair passed their respective medicals at the County Ground today.
It is unsure at the moment whether either player will be involved in tomorrow night's pre-season friendly at Poole Town, but they will be unveiled to the media at lunchtime.

About fucking time, what took them.
We really needed a full pre-season out of this two but no, the board made us wait and now they go into the squad without the chance to gel. No word on the Bolton lot either, pull your finger out Fitton.

Well Ferry doesn't have to gel, and they are as fit if not fitter than ours already due to playing in the states, can't see it's a problem.
