Moncur is under contract until 2017 though. Can't see it, PO final/gladongo money or not.
I would have thought it was quite feasible really. How much are Col U likely to ask? 200K? I don't think that would scare Power off and I imagine he is just the sort of player we would be looking for. A Col U fan I work with describes him as a 'cracking player' So - fingers crossed on that one...

Luongo to QPR confirmed.
Mass should be right at home there.....not sure if it is still the case but nearby Earls Court and surrounds used to be known as Kangaroo Valley, due to the large numbers of Aussies living there. You've also got Swindon Street just round the corner from Loftus Road.

G Moncur's twitter profile suggests he's a bit of a town fan as well. Not surprising considering who his dad is and that he was born in Swindon.

I like this bit: Power, without wishing to divulge the details of the amount of money changing hands between Swindon and the Rs, did say the figure “runs into the millions” and suggested that it would wipe out any remaining debt at the football club.

Asked to discuss the sell-on fee due to Spurs in the event of Luongo’s sale, Power said: “Spurs are entitled to their money. At the end of the day, we didn’t get what we thought we might get for Mass in the end but I think it suited everyone to go there.

Or, in other words.... We didn't get what Spurs thought we might get for mass, but we did get more for Gladwin than we were expecting.
