Sigh. Another defeat inbound. Stags have sold 540 tickets so far, surprised, I thought they would have sold more. I can see our crowds dwindling now until Boxing Day.

Can’t see why you’d think they are Mickey Mouse. They’re well run, have supportive owners and a manager given time despite having a record of falling at the final hurdle. That’s what we aspire to isn’t it - maybe not the bottling thing.
If we had a similar ownership our club could go places. Instead we’re stuck in a seemingly unbreakable cycle of dodgy owners, hopes raised and dashed on a regular basis and a sense of apathy setting in.
Our time will come. Just hope I’m still alive to witness it!

Didn't he just mean in terms of away support?

Unable to attend, so I'm sure we'll somehow manage a win, hopefully aided with a Flint red card in the opening minute.
In all reality, getting anything from this match will be a good result. 4-0 defeat

Watched back a clip of us at Walsall 3-0 2 seasons ago, final game of the season. How different the club feels from then to now... which makes me think, how/where did it all go wrong?

A large part for me is that Ben Chorley left (for personal reasons). A model that worked with a director of football who was competent. We then replaced him with an incompetent non footballing version and then abandoned the entire model because one person was bad at it. Every year since Chorley left we have got worse and worse at recruitment, the most important part of a successful football team.
