One tweak for the next game, Ferry in for Timlin please

I would usually agree, but on radio it sounded like Timlin was excellent, particularly second half. Will have to see what those who went thought but be bit harsh to drop him if he has had a stormer today.

You cannot be individually unlucky in every game.  Where there's a pattern (in our case, a bad one) there's a reason for it.

As woolster says, the table doesn't lie.  We're in the relegation zone not because of the ref or because we were unlucky (again).  We're in the relegation zone because we're not very good at football.

Would normally agree but it sounded like Timlin had his best game in a town shirt today.

Yes we can

and

A draw was never going to be good enough anyway.  The little bit I heard on the radio suggested Colchester was awful.

But Simon Ferry is new 'Chuck Norris', there's nothing he can't do.

i blame wilson for messing about with the different formations this season.
i blame wilson for not changing what seems obvious during games.
but not today i dont.
we were unlucky.

i do think he should go though, and should have on wednesday morning last.

Anyone who saw Ferry at Rovers will understand why he was dropped for the next match, but why Prutton is always put on instead of him I really don't know.

Be good to see a settled side for a few matches now.

This is the exact reason we are where we are.  Other teams can play shite, but take the few chances that come their way and still win.

If we play well and the opposition are playing badly we fail to capitalise.  If we're playing shite, well we're just shite with no hope of getting anything from the game.
