If we had beaten Rochdale we might have been able to say that we were still in control to some extent.

But now we need not only to bag 3 points in the easier home games, but we need suprise wins as well. To stay up we are going to have to get results in places where weve been written off.

So the next 2 games are a massive test. Not to mention that its now a long time since we beat anyone at all, and obviously that cant go on either! Make or break as they say.

Cant see anything other than a defeat.

We create chances but can't take them, and concede goals at every opportunity.

All logic points to a comfortable home win (in fact 3-0 Colchester looks like a likely candidate), so on that basis I will go for 1-0 to Town (with the goal coming from Lord Lucan thanks to a huge deflection off Shergar's arse).

In other word no fucking idea, but surely Benyon & Obika will start up front (assuming both are fit enough).

Why is it that every week I have this blind optimism that this week all will come good and we'll sneak a win, yet my head knows that the way we're playing anything other than a defeat today will be a big surprise?

Anyone care to take a guess at the team that will start today?  After Tuesday night surely we're due for another bit of tinkering.

Could really do with a win today to relieve the pressure a bit. Going to be tough as Colchester haven't lost at home since November, but think we'll be up for this and nick a 1-0.

I felt an inkling of positivity before Orient but that was brutally crushed.

Can't see anything other than defeat Sad

Even my optimism is crushed currently and I always know we'll win. Just a convincing 2-0 for us and the start of a run where we get up the table and into the playoffs.

I've got us to lose in both of my accumulators, therefore we'll probably draw 0-0.

I dont think any of us are expecting a win here. Let's be honest we're beyond poor at the moment. Colchester are one of the better sides in this league as well.

Goal difference could be important, so I hope we can hold on to a 1 or 2 nil defeat.

Nothings changed so I expect us to lose. The magnitude will probably be dictated by whether we score first or they do. If we concede an early one ( again ) then it could be a very long 90 minutes.
4-1 Colchester.
