Just OD on Vit C and get some of those lemsips in. Never used to believe in all of that crap but been banging back those 5 times the recommended daily allowance jobbies and in three years I have had just two colds.
Both can be put down to every miserable sod in the office having one and air conditioning distributing all those lovely germs about.
Lemsips will knock about 2-3 days recovery time off.

I've been ill for about a week, I spoke to somebody tonight and my voice was almost non-existent. I've been coughing up phlegm with blood, getting nosebleeds when blowing my nose, migraines...
so I've not taken anything and continued being miserable and/or depressed.

Its more a man cough and chest infection now. get yourself a chesty cough mixture, probably too late if it's a chest infection but it should help a bit. make sure it's dextromethorphan or guaphenesin though, else it's shite. |
