Good job we don't come from a country that invented a stop/start sport where a game can last 5 days without a winner.
Oh....

Im going to bed now. Ive found the most interesting thing about this is doing a running commentary on twitter. I have now however started to annoy myself. Good night. Go people with helmets! run into each other! Throw that rugby ball!
Have fun.

Reading thro this it seems as though I'm the only Pats fan here. Why all the hatred? Until recent years they were regularly struggling so the man u comparisons don't really work. Anyway, the way it's going everyone but me will be happy tonight!

Google Spygate. The coach has less charm than Neil Warnock. The officials reinterpret rules for them (see Tuck Rule). I am in danger of being called for roughing Brady whenever I go to the fridge (as that's about as close as you can get). Bitter? You better fucking believe it. Anyone but the Patsies.

But Donkey, surely as a Jets fan you can't want a Giants win.
Would be like supporting the scummers in a game

Can understand the dislike of Belichick but the rest is just a version of "We always get shit refs" and yeah, bitter! The decision for the safety in first quarter doesn't follow ur theory though. I've followed Pats since 1982 and they were crap for years so I'll take the hatred and enjoy the success.

Who are the patriots patriotic to? Is it the English?
When America sought independence from British monarchy, those opposing the British were called patriots. So the opposite of your second question.

I get that, like I said I'm bitter about it. You've been a Pats fan for as long as I've been a Jets fan. I'd take any success, wouldn't care if they all hated us...

Very impressive drive by the Patriots to end the half.
However, I get the feeling that if the game is close at the end the Giants will win.
