did you see the darts awards? they showed barney's televised live 9 dart finish, it was absolutely awesome throwing.

I doubt it. You have to join an asscociation, probably best likened to some sort of club or society. If you do not meet the criteria then I can't see that being wrong, unless of course it's due to discrimination.

But you couldn't not let people leave the Premiership and play in Spain for example. It might be a "gentleman's agreement" but can it be legally binding?
