He's been mentioned on here before, an American author that's a Swindon fan. Some of his fans have an interest in STFC as well:

Its about the Swindon Town Swoodilypoopers.  I seem to remember this from before.  A slightly insane american who became obsessed with playing swindon on Fifa or something.  Someone who paid more attention can fill you in more no doubt.

In the link he appears to be wearing a Pox top. I thought it was one of their mildly obsessed fuckwits.

John Green is a very successful author and has had
a couple of his novels turned into films this past year or so.
He came and watched a swindon game a while back.
He now sponsors AFC Wimbledon and had a stand named
after him I think.
He heard about their history and wanted to help them.
For a lot of teenage readers he's up there with the most popular worldwide.

He's a long term Liverpool fan. Always on the Men in Blazers podcast talking about Liverpool.

He actually posted on here. It's in that thread Reg linked.

John obviously learnt everything he knows from wisdom acquired on the TEF.

It was a weird cult like appreciation of our club (or it's Fifa form) from many people worldwide. You still find a lot of his stuff or reference to it when searching STFC.

He's a pretty clever guy, and I quite like his humour. He also spoke to the President on a video chat with a Swindon badge in the background (see 10secs onwards in this video)

Love this guy's series. When we were in the play offs v Brentford he was watching it at the same time as playing & recording so he barely covered a real topic. He just talking about the real Swindon.

He has songs and 'funny' names for our players like "Green eggs and Foderingham" (but he pronounces Fodder's name differently). I'd recommend his FIFA 2015 season. He got fired from being Swindon manager because he requested too many funds so he moved onto being a Wimbledon fan. He fucking HATES MK.

He's also been to a Swindon game or two. He is a real Town fan, but an American one Wink
