does anybody on this board support 2 teams, or have an intrest in a team other thn swindon. i take a big interest in leicester but dont know if this is wrong or not

I'll sneek in to maidenhead utd sometimes if i can't make a swindon game.

It's just like watching pub football though, and maidenhead's ground only holds about 3 people and a dog

its not that im 50% swindon and 50% leicesetr. i was just born in leicester and ever since then ive taken an intrest in their results.

I support Swindon 100% but I do follow West Hams and Cirencesters results.

i follow swindon, and when not watching swindon, i watch calne town. Also look out for partick thistle  8)

I only support Swindon but I like to see Spurs do well, not in the same way though I don't get upset when they lose and if Swindon played them I'd want us to hammer them.

Like Lumps though I do have a number of teams I like to see fuck up, Oxford, Bristol City, Arsenal and Man United are the main ones.

I have a similar philosophy to BWB, with regards to Spurs.

I do look out for Nürnberg's results for sentimental reasons and I go and watch Karlsruhe every week and have developed a desire to see them do well. 8 euros for 2nd flight football and you can drink on the terraces (albeit in Germany) can't be too bad can it?

I like Bedford Town to do well, have lived here for about 30 yrs now. 3rd time lucky in the play offs this year for them I hope.

Honestly at this moment in time I support anyone who is playing the likes of Walsall, Rotherham, Blackpool, Yeovil, Gillingham etc etc

Tbh, when i was younger, i flittered between supporting quite a few teams, most notably Spurs and Leeds, although i would only watch Leeds once a year (for my birthday).

I would consider myself to be 100% Swindon, from the promotion back to the old Division 1 under McMoan, although i'd been following the team since the Premiership days, without being truly commited.

I always find it a bit grimy supporting another club.  Like fancying your bird’s brother or father whatever floats your tub.

Like people certain teams I dislike more than others and to quote the great book I find some “mostly harmless”.
Part of it is a symptom of what’s killing the game.  Manure as one example suck such a great vacuum of support off other clubs its most distasteful.  Not just nationally anymore but on a global scale.

Doesn’t mean I don’t like watching other sides as a strict neutral.

I'm 100% Swindon til I tie, and If I ever went and supported someone else my dad would never speak to me again and probably get me adopted. But its the way I've been brought up and I don't think I could ever support anyone else.

Been to see chelsea twice, just for the experience and did'nt really enjoy the football but it was a day out and at the time I was a lampard fan. Now I hate them, they are what football should'nt be. Too much flipping money has spoilt that league I tell ya.

No way. Last year was bad enough losing in the semis to Chippenham, 2-1 up into the last minute. But the previous year we got to the final against St Albans and were 3-1 up at half time only to lose 5-4!

I like Leeds purely because its where I am from. Didn't stop me being totally gutted after we lost to them though. Swindon are by far my favourite team.

Hearts just because I wanted to follow a team in my (current) home town. I am missing games at home to Celtic and Aberdeen and the possible Champions League decider on the last day of the season at Ibrox for Swindon's run in.

Can't wait to support the town again in our last 2 games, even if it is to see us go down! :cry:
