I thought he was way to stubborn to do that sort of interview.

Actually respect him a bit more as long as he goes through with it and actually does leave.

Hartley
- Interview was a very depressed manager who has got to the end
- Sounds very honest that he's considering his position and this may have been the last interview from him
- Could be he's lost the dressing room.
- A lot of the problems this year is the fact that we had a better team last year
- Taken some of t hose who were here last year aback. They dont know how to deal with it
- Players havent been able to press right buttons to improve
- Sounds like a sombre place at the moment

Me too. That was a pretty raw listen. My sympathy is limited and it’s abundantly clear he needs to go. But that sounded like a broken man just then

Let's not forget what he went through in his personal life and probably should have taken leave for a couple of months

Hartley again
- Strange atmosphere
- Post match interview. Sheridan really saying he is giving up the ghost
- Not clear whether it will be his decision or someone elses

Not certain that a player should be asked to comment on the manager, not good interviewing.

Pitman:
- It was a nice goal
- Hit it early and the keeper didnt expect it
- Not sure what prompted the collapse
- Its too easy to score against us week in, week out
- Difficult to sum up
- Once you concede 1 then against a team like Gills it makes it a tough game
- Not good enough
- Head down after the 3rd? Not sure about that. People were disappointed. Finished the game
- Payne and Iandolo made a difference
- But game done and dusted by then
- Its a slippery slope
- 5 subs: I think that says it all. It speaks for itself
- First he'd heard that Sheridan is considering resigning
- Hope he doesn't but its his decision
- Respect what Sheridan has done in the game as a player and manager. Pitman has enjoyed working with him
- We lack a bit of know how and are niaive
- Subs: Last roll of a manager? We were in a desperate situation and Sheridan did what he could to affect the game. What he did, did affect the game!
- Motivation comes from within the player, not from the manager. Pitman doesnt buy that
- Tactically, 4 games ago, we deserved 3 points against the top team
- All the games have been tight. The manager cant control whaat keeps happening after 2-3 mins on the pitch. We have to pull together to try to stop relegation
- Fans dont see the corner being turned. Difficult for Pitman to comment. We are all still fighting. Its not a lack of fight. Its lack of quality and know how.
- Everytime the ball goes towards our box we look like we are going to concede
