Yes it will be, My mate who lives in Bordeaux got pulled. He remarked the copper must have got up early to think up such a stupid rule he was pulled for. that was an extra 90 euros, but harking back to the original question they never followed it up.

It was,as in those days we used to have running money and if i didnt pay up,the lorry would have been impounded.

Got done in north Wales.....

I was nice at first but when I got the ticket I told I hated the welsh and now I hate em even more...

They just smiled and fucked off...

Not a speeding offence as such but pulled by the gendarmes at a peage many moons ago.
They noticed a descrpencey(spolling) on the tacho chart and fined me 200 ff.
After i  said "at least Dick Turpin wore a mask you French cunt" the fine was increased to 300 ff.
