Paul Benson is released by Luton.

I wonder if Swindon will publish a retained list? Half expecting journalists to take paparazzi-esque pictures on the first day of training to see who's there.

Simon Cox please, thanks...

If you'd seen him play for Reading you wouldn't take him for free.

Oh behave, if the club don't lay on a coach with plush seats for all the journalists whilst hand delivering the retained list to them at home the Advertiser will do nothing and just blame the media 'ban'.

You watch Reading often?

I work with a load of Reading fans, pretty split on him. One thing for sure he is pretty overweight at the moment.

On their forum they are the same, says he still has bags of talent and tries but is a few yards off the pace and overweight. L1 is not so reliant on pace as the Championship, I recon he will either go to Burton or Sheff Utd, not sure why just a feeling in my water.

Not often no but I've seen them/him twice and my ST holder friends have/had the same opinion as me. They definitely aren't split , they can't wait to see the back of him!

They do have Danny Hollands and Gary Roberts tbf but Plym have Jake Jervis and ex-"training only" and fitting crim scummer employee Luke McCormick.  Good sparky atmosphere with managers sent to stands.

"HIM" scored his 13th goal in 35 games today for ICT.

Their fans think he is their number 1 priority signing this summer, those goals must surely command a fee of some sort.
