I reckon we should try and become the first team to operate without a manager. Each week a random member of staff is drafted in to provide team talks, pick the team, make the substitutions etc.
So, say 20 members of staff get a chance - Kit man, Groundsman, programme seller, steward etc, they get 2 games a season. If they win both games they get a bonus, if they lose a game or both they get dropped and a new man/woman gets a shot.

That works. Perhaps 10 fans and 10 staff members then get 2 shots a season. Best points return means that fans/staff win some sort of prize, a 2 week all expenses paid trip to manatee land or something. |

It would really help this thread now if those lazy cider-swillers at the WDP could be arsed to post a story today. Their main STFC reporter is more barrow boy than cider swiller, although he's apparently quite happy to be called lazy  If the TEF want to have a go at him, DRS calling him a lairy cockney twat would be more appropriate.
