Im not against a non league type manager ... looking at Waddock and Tisdale ... Tisdale's record is superb really .. Exeter are holding their own with no resources hardly in League 2 ... Waddock had a really ropy spell at QPR before he took the Aldershot job - their resources were huge in Conference terms but he has built a nice side there but Im not totally convinced by Waddock as much as I am Tisdale .. perhaps its the cravat! |
