bollocks to apathy, it all depends on the guys intentions, if it was a nazi salute it doesn't particularly make sense on this occassion, done towards israelis with intention the guy should be banned from football, the man's probably a cock but in this case he just looks a bit pissed. using a nazi salute in any situation other than of piss take of nazis (NOT germans in 2007) is always worthy of 'cock' status in my book.
