Because i live in the now and not the 80's I've never lived in a time when it was ever acceptable, so i find it offensive. I think you're asking if I speak Welsh, which I don't. Welsh is a scary language, I've worked at some places with Welsh speakers and they occasionally throw in many English words as there are no Welsh words for what they are trying to say. It makes everything sound very odd.
