Title: Days off work Post by: 4D on Sunday, October 28, 2012, 23:00:59 It's obviously great to have annual leave, but I usually end up with a shit load of days to take at the end of the year. This year is no exception, I have the next four days off but plenty of jobs lined up, why are there not enough days to get jobs done?
Title: Re: Days off work Post by: Kinky Tom on Sunday, October 28, 2012, 23:10:30 because you didn't use the days when jobs came up in the first place?

Title: Re: Days off work Post by: Ardiles on Monday, October 29, 2012, 20:12:04 Off today, tomorrow and Wednesday. Great day today. Pub lunch, and then an afternoon catching up all the little jobs I've been putting off doing this afternoon. I'll try to wear the kids out tomorrow morning and then I'm on the 3.30pm train to Swindon. Pre-match nerves kicking in already. Dead excited.
Title: Re: Days off work Post by: Batch on Monday, October 29, 2012, 20:13:39 Did I mention I'm off to Barcelona Wednesday :) The Mrs has OK'd the New Camp tour - so its pre-booked before she changed her mind!
Title: Re: Days off work Post by: reeves4england on Monday, October 29, 2012, 20:20:25 I'm working a half day tomorrow which means I could have actually made it to the Villa game. Would have cost me about £40 in fuel though, so probably best sticking with the wireless. Bit of a shame after I missed the Wigan game too. United or Liverpool away next round please! (I am assuming we will win tomorrow - we usually do in these games!)
Title: Re: Days off work Post by: joteddyred on Monday, October 29, 2012, 21:32:21 I was off last Thursday and Friday and all of this week. So far I've mostly pottered about at home and caught up with friends. Today I've taken the kids to visit their great nan and dragged them round a few shops. Tomorrow my mother-in-law is taking them out so I'm meeting some friends for a pub lunch and then of course football in the evening.
Only 6 weeks left at work from next week and then I'll be on permanent days off! Title: Re: Days off work Post by: Samdy Gray on Monday, October 29, 2012, 21:37:36 I'm driving the boss to Heathrow tomorrow then I've effectively got three weeks off whilst he's in NZ.
