What's the philosophy behind bringing in an old head at this point of the season? Change of philosophy or short-term expedient? Or "fix" if you're too pissed for "expedient".  |

How much of a 'disaster' is it should we not be promoted this season? How much of a 'rebuilding' process will we face, given that we are likely to be without a large core of our current side. Do you and LP have a plan B or C for this?
