Got the meat marinating nicely in the fridge for today's BBQ. Holding off on the beers for now though as Mrs at work until 3pm. Could easily go in on them right now to be honest.
Hope everyone is ok and enjoys the beautiful weather today.

Just been on a bike ride, sniffing the air with all the barbies. A cold beer went through my mind, I need to go and buy some

Preparing for a neighbourhood VE celebration. Bunting out, cucumber sarnies with spotted dick pudding for afters. A few brown ales and some period music. All socially distancing of course. Always some busy body cunt auditioning for a future Stasi role.

We owned the rib jointly with the sister in law and her hubby. They wanted to upgrade the engine to a 4 stroke one but that was over €3000 and I wasn’t fussed so we sold them our half of the rib.

Bought a kayak and a hot tub instead!

Good plan - no doubt you will be invited for the odd trip  Pint

As the joke goes -
What do you buy so one you don't like ? - a boat
What do you buy someone you really don't like - a wooden boat

Most of it. There's one side of the lake that has no cyclist signs but never seen it enforced or respected. Which is fine, not bothered, but wassocks cycling four abreast doesn't allow much scope for staying 2m away as they come past

Maybe a gentle nudge towards the water is needed!
