yeah ok, oxford would have a few sex offender chants back at us but he is a different gravy to the rest of them. he's proven as one of those managers who can get teams promoted, funnily enough what we want. sacking king and then employing someone like reeves would be like starting from scratch and completely pointless. i genuinely think king is a good manager why else does he get somuch praise from people like sam allardyce et al. im not saying i want him to stay because i think he's had his go but it would be a tough act to follow, and like reg said on another thread, sacking managers is often absolutely disastrous for clubs so for this reason i think we'd really have to be looking at appointing a high class manager to, coining a much used phrase these days, "move forward" Title: Fantasy Managers Post by: Ben Wah Balls on Sunday, January 23, 2005, 18:35:15 None of them, keep king.

With the right manager I'm sure a similar job to what Sturrock has done for Wendy galvanise the players, bring a few of the fans back and maybe have a crack at the playoffs.
