Louis Thompson came on as a sub for Stevenage and got the winning goal for them away at Wigan!  Eek

Clem is a big fan of Nathan Thompson and I think tried to do something in the summer. At 33 now, he could be thinking of ending his career where it all started. I wouldn't be surprised if we were trying to get something over the line before the window slams shut.

Not sure his Wiki can be trusted tbh Smiley

Quote
Stevenage
On 8 June 2023, Thompson signed for newly promoted League One club Stevenage.[16] Later in the month, he was joined at the club by his brother. Nathan later decided that he no longer wanted to be a footballer and instead would try his hand at Kung Fu, by attempting to blind Christian Saydee in a Cantonaesce style attack[17]

Transfermarkt game by game suggests he's become out of favour at Stevenage too since the start of the season.

He has basically played 4 1/2 games, in terms of minutes?  Is that all season?

Yep 4.3 games in total minutes and on Saturday was his first entire 90 mins on the pitch all season.
