Like we are also missing ellis at lb 😊

Fuck me, the fact he'd get in this team says everything about the disaster that has been our Left Wing Back recruitment this season.

Mullin was another one - similar to Adebayo in the fact that thought he could have done a decent job here if played more centrally.

No surprise he’s done well post Swindon.

Agreed, he was another one that I liked, always felt like he gave his all when he got the opportunity and seemed to love playing for the club - oh for a more future thinking organisation and a more understaning fanbase (although this is the same across most clubs in football)

Mullen didnt like it at Swindon and wanted to move back North, we made him a good offer to stay but he was desperate to get away, that was out of our hands, I think we could all see what he brought to the game and was badly under utilised as a winger by us.

Although he was happy to rock up at Cambridge pretty quickly after

Something that is firmly at Flynn's door. Ward, Uwakwe, Genesini, Kokolo all his signings.

And yet we have zero defensive midfielders.

I think Uwakwe gets released in Jan.

I think we stopped publishing that info this season. No mention of it on the Uwakwe news article.

https://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport/23702837.swindon-town-sign-tariq-uwakwe-two-year-contract/

Adver reported it as two years. If so he'd join our under contract pros beyond this summer of Jake Cain, Udoka Godwin-Malife, Harrison Minturn, Anton Dworzak and Ricky Aguiar. A solid core, it is not.

My 'fun fact' is that the longest into the future any STFC player 'is' under contract is Jake Wakeling, who was contracted to 2026 until we sold him in the summer...

Flynn and Hatswell are 2026 too.

Holy shit.  That is going to be some summer transfer window - better get some deals done early, like end of August or something.  No waiting until November this time around..............

To be fair, those are the reported ones only. There may be some clauses in contracts here and there and Kinsella is *probably* on a two year but wasn't reported. But it's not a good start.

Just imagine the amazing saving on wages releasing that lot, especially when all our 5k season ticket holders renew without complaint.

He was, I dont think he is the most intelligent of players TBH probably thought Cambridge was in the North!

I see he has released an autobiography.

Im presuming the first 100 pages or so are just a colouring in book.
