Amine Linganzi apparently had a(n unsuccessful) trial with St Mirren a few days ago (v Sunderland).

Probably been mentioned and I've missed it...

No not seen that, he always seemed, and seems on FB as a nice bloke, I thought he could add something to us if he stayed this season but having seen the players we have brought in he won't be missed too much.

A fit Diagouraga should definitely be an upgrade, but good luck to him.

PB has said Toumani is a bit behind with his fitness as is McCourt..... I guess he might have to try and squeeze a half out of each to start with.

I get where you are coming from mate I kind of agree but there is a difference between fitness and match fitness and I think PB was probably hinting more at that.

Always used to amuse me when Macari was gaffer.... Stigger Foley would have a good summer and return out of shape, Macari would then get him wearing what looked like the plastic nappy holder that babies wear and running laps of the CG extension, like a very naughty boy while all the others played with the ball.

Lower league footballers not involved in PO's get a decent break..... very easy to get out of shape very quickly. Stigger would sweat it out doing the laps and then be up and running.  I'd imagine that TM has had a decent summer.
