This little snippet from Parkin's profile on Exeter's official site made me smile:

"More of a playmaking forward than an out-and-out goalscorer"

Entirely true judging by the rest of his career...

Heard ex Town keeper Jamie Stephens had a very good game at Brighton this evening.

Great win for Newport.

It was either John Trollope or Don Rogers who put him in their all time Town XI. He was one big beast of a player. Played a couple of games up front for us.
Him and Burrows alongside each other were a bit intimidating.

Thats really sad he was one of my early STFC heroes, a commanding centre back and brother of ex Wales international Mark. RIP Steve.

Phil Smith, Devera and Ferry all playing for Portsmouth on Sky 1 now.  Devera has shaved all his hair off and Ferry looks to have put on a little bit of weight.

Devera is almost unrecognisable.
