need to build the muscle back up in my knee and get my confidence back in it.

i was lucky i never suffered from any bad injurys only from a broken nose, and bruised ankles twice

back in early Sept i disslocated my knee and pulled all the ligaments.

Have trained twice hard on it and it held out so i guess the first meaty challenge tomorrow will be the real test

done mine 3 weeks before xmas, couldnt play till jan 1st. Luckily the hospital said i didnt damage my crutiate ligament and only faced about a month out, dislocated it and it bloody hurt. Only being 14 it was a very annoying and frustrating injury
