I love his comments here,  I'm just hoping he plays to his potential - not guaranteed a start though after Saturdays performance.

Why is he being played if he really does need an operation?

Because according to him and obviously the medical staff he is fit enough and can wait till the summer as hes desperate to play.

I admire his passion and Im sure if it were high risk he would have the operation sooner.

We've got plenty of cover and IMO wouldn't be missed if he had his op now.

We'll see. If his performances fizzle out it will be the perfect excuse.

I love his comments, it has left him opento attacks from vocal Swansea fans, I admire his honesty and hope he delivers the goods which we all know he can when hes fired up which he obviously is today.

I agree, as I think it will be a shame if the injury develops as I do rate Roberts. I suppose he needs games to keep his fitness and work rate up though so I guess it's swings and roundabouts. If the injury really isn't that much of a set back I can kind of see the logic.

when he pulls his finger out and puts in 100% effort he is good and worth his place in the team, however this doesn't occur all the time
