Fat chance RedOx - like I just said above, they specifically said on the website if you're on the database you can buy tickets. Of course, if you weren't on the database you wouldn't be able to log in and get as far as putting in credit card details etc anyway. The email thing was for people who don't have previous purchasing history.

Sounds like a fuck-up to me.

I'll raise you:

Tickets for the Play-Off final will only be sold to fans who comply with the following conditions:

(i) they are registered and current Season Ticket Holders
*** (ii) they are registered on the club's database as previous purchasers of tickets ***
(iii) once on general sale they have a local postcode i.e. SN, SP, BA and GL

I presumed that that was a list in priority order. that's how it reads to me. oh well.

Yep - doing that.

Did you manage to book with a non-Swindon (SN/BA/GL) postcode then?

I have to admit I did all of a sudden wonder if it was actually booking tickets each time I clicked and it told me I had the wrong postcode! Hahahaha!

Anyone who's having problems, don't ring the dedicated number for ticket sale - ring ticketzone customer services on 08444 99 99 55.

That happened to me when I booked a couple of days ago. Unless you get the confirmation screen with a booking reference on, your booking has not been made

I've now got:

Error Occurred While Processing Request
Element STR_MEMBERSHIPID is undefined in SESSION.

Resources:

    * Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debug Output Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.
    * Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.
    * Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.

Fellas - I'm prepared to be wrong about this, but I think you may be pleasantly surprised by how quickly you get through on the phone...especially if you're prepared to hang back an hour or two to let the initial 9am rush subside.  The people on the phones seem to know what they're doing.  Personally, I'd always rather speak to a human being when ordering something like this.  The girl I spoke to on Wednesday was very helpful in getting seats for us adjacent to seats already purchased by family/friends.

We're all going to Wembley!  Don't panic.
