Eh? In what way? In it's "too shit to bother finishing" way? In it's "stuck in the middle of nowhere on the edge of town" way? Or in it's "horrid fucking plastic flat pack concrete soulless generic" way? I'll take the County Ground every time, thanks

I beg to differ but I guess it's a matter of opinion. Let's agree to hope we don't get the chance to make the comparison in person again any time soon (except for dumping them out of the cup)

just to elaborate.... i know as it's our ground the county ground is special, but if we take the rose tinted glasses off then it's not all that is it? the drs is very similar to alot of modern stands that aint the bowl type(flat pack concrete).the arkells is an older shit version with 2 fucking poles in the way to piss us off. the townend is like a shed, and the less said about the stratton bank the better. so yeah the kassam(cough) is better then the county ground.3 sides or not. our 4th stand is the stratton bank for fucks sake.hardly ever used

The stands at the Kassam are literally about 20 metres from the pitch!?
You like Colchesters ground anyway.
Location, location, location, as they say in the property market.
The Town End might be small, but it does have more character than the whole of the Kassam put together and multiplied 85 times. Most Pox fans would go back to the Manor given half a chance, probably the shittest ground in the Football League in the 2000's. That should tell you all you need to know.
