Just got back from watching my eldest play (and win) in a friendly so despite the rain, form, all common sense etc I'm feeling strangely optimistic, if a little damp. So I think we'll win or at least pull off a creditable draw on the highly logical grounds that I'm in a good mood and demand that nothing spoil it.

I expect Cureton to come off the bench and score, useless players for us have a habit of scoring against us, smart money suggests it will be late on as well. Grant Holt will also score cos he is far too good not to, so I expect them to score at least 2 and can't see us scoring, so I'll go with 2-0 Norwich, Holt and Cureton.

Anyone found a bookies offering odds on Austin to score?

I reckon a few quid on him to get the last goal would be a decent bet.

Jeez this is a depressing thread. I blame the weather. And the fact we're probably going to get bummed by Delia's lot today.

However, I'm going for a Swindon win, 3-2. I have my lucky Brentford Away pants and socks on.

500/1 on PaddyPower. Worth a couple of quid if you are confident of your pants and socks!

Timlin in for Hutch, exactly what was suggested last Saturday at half time, 4:4:2?

Is he on the bench then?

Not so confident on this match, but hopefully DW has ripped into those players and we steal a 2-1 victory  Yes

Austin is on the bench, but the BBC said he won't come on.

Kennedy on the bench, with JLF starting.

4 strikers on the bench? Peacock, Paynter, Hutchinson and Austin! Not short of attacking options are we? Do we really need 4? Big pressure on Obadeyi and Revell today I feel so come on boys!

Timlin in for Hutchinson.

JFL in for Kennedy.

Austin on the bench, but RS says he won't come on (what if we are losing six-nil?).
