I see Ben Reeves who was on trial in the summer and Wellens felt too similar to Doughty signed for Plymouth.

Jordan Stevens all but done, joining week after next (same week as Donahue).
I heard Wellens say in the post match he could be joining on Sept 21st, which is the same date as mentioned with Donahue. Is there something special about the 21st? Wonder if maybe there's a payment due from the League then or something?

I think one is on the 22nd so not the same day but I get what your saying. Also I'm wondering why the window is open until October surely it should have closed Friday just gone

Fair enough, still seems a bit odd we have two signings apparently delayed until the same couple of days in Sept, just curious if anyone knew why that might be

Ffs pauld.  Jimmy and me, we’re trying to have a nice little chat.

Get a fucking room, then! Seriously.

This is not YOUR forum. There are other people using it so show some respect for others and stop acting like a pair of inconsiderate cunts. How long do you think you two will be able to get away with going on the way you are?

*Hint: Not much longer.

Still in for Norwood and possibly Morgan Ferrier from Belmont FC. Obviously both Strikers...if Ferrier, Town are going for a double swoop including my old mate, Sidney Raymond Kenneth Nelson.

Portion of funds made available from Bogle sale and subsequent extra wage available from Doughty contract termination.

With the Leeds winger set to be announced and Donahue too, fun times ahead for Town fans as the final pieces of the jigsaw come to fruition. Wellens very happy.

If this is correct, it’s a genuine “Wow!!” Clap

Can't say just yet. If we advance on Ferrier then we won't continue on Norwood.

Is the Ferrier rumour a follow on from the Woolery to Tranmere rumour? ie Wellens wanted Woolery but he is a Ferrier replacement for Tranmere.

Hadn't made the connection on that tbh (or had forgot) but if Woolery was still under contract then a swap might seem right (but then he'd be ours), so possibly a swap in all but name?  Hmmm

My recollection of Sid Nelson is that he had that Shaun Taylor never-say-die approach - prepared to get stuck in and put his head in between the flying boots even if he’s got a bandage wrapped round it. He’d be great in our current side. Nelson and Grant - what a combination!
