I was worried you might have meant Sauce Allemande, which would never work with tuna

It's a little bland (the tuna-pasta bake). I'll add a little more oompf next time, but not bad for a first attempt even if I do say so myself.

See if horseradish works on tuna. I can imagine it doing so*. I use it all the time with salmon and it's bloody lovely. Ooh, look at us new men exchanging cookery tips. *Edit: but probably not in a pasta bake...

I usually add red peppers to mine, if that's your thing. And maybe some sharp cheddar and/or paprika to your Bechamel just to make things interesting.

My kitchen skills usually extend to egg and chips so I don't have much in the way of ingredients in the cupboard. I do have some sachets of oregano from when I order pizza though, so I might plonk some of that in next time.

I have a very important exam next week. This week, I have entered the QuizUp app's league tables for my knowledge of both The Simpsons and The Office.
What an amazing triumph of procrastination.

Copied straight from an American food website, or been watching American food shows?

Neither, I don't watch TV and I know nothing about American food other than holding a stereotypical view that they eat way too much of it.

Never heard of it referred to as sharp cheddar, unless by Americans!
