For what it is worth I think that PDC is a different breed to a lot of managers.  Yes we can't possibly judge his loyalty after twenty games but as others have said he preaches about loyalty, commitment and hard work and it would be a completely against these princples for him to go. I also think he would want to do his very best at a bigger club and to do that he has to learn.

Personally I believe we'll see a bit of a Macari repeat, a manager who will give it his best shot up to the point that he cannot do anymore - either restricted by size, money or lack of ambition.

I think he definately has more loyalty than the average manager but if West Ham come in for him during the summer, quite possible if they dont go up, he will be off like a shot.
