if anyone can help me with this then it'd be much appreciated.

basically i've got to pick a website and evaluate how good it is. so i'm on the hunt for retail website which has clearly had some thought put into it and need to give examples of how they manage customers with stuff like sending follow-up emails if you've filled anything in on the site, creating recommendations for you to buy, etc.

the obvious one is amazon who are quite good with emailing promotions and creating a list of personal recommendations, but everyone else will be doing them so i'm looking for a more original company.

anyone been on any sites that could fit the bill?

cheers
