I came on here to post the exact same thing. Anyone who thinks this season is slow after watching that is already dead... Enjoy those on catch up...

This 'Black Work' coming soon to ITV looks like it may be half decent.

Yep. Best episode of the series so far. My only gripe is that so many scenes are so dark it's difficult to see what's going on. That and still no sign of the dragon lady's tits

It does, but Sheridan Smith looks a right trollop with that haircut.

Yes especially if you watch on a smaller TV? She's a serious actress now and can't possibly get her boobies out now don't you know?

dragon lady is rumoured to have a no tits out clause in her contact now.
I'm one of the few that thought the last episode was just OK. the fight scene was well done but there were only one or two important moments in it so the plot didn't really progress. they needed rick Grimes to show up ..

We've started watching Rita on Netflix. Kind of a Danish comedy drama. Lots of faces from the other nordic tv programmes but this is a lot lighter than The Bridge, Killing etc.

Watched Guy Martin's Isle of Man TT programme last night which was about the 2010 event.
To be honest I know fuck all about motorbike racing apart from odd name here and this but this was mesmerising in an unbelievable yet morbidly fascinating way. Those guys are either incredibly brave or have the fear part of their brain missing. We all know that, give or take the most unlikely eventuality, F1 is pretty safe but these chaps are going villages, inches from walls in excess of 200mph - one little error and that's if game over, incredible.
And I quite like Guy Martin.

I'm 5 episodes in. I want it to be quicker, but I'm sticking with it as it's showing promise. Started The Returned a few weeks or so back and have had to take a break after 4 episodes as it was feeling like it would be very drawn out with no closure. I have little patience for slow shit these days. Plus I saw Carlton Cuse's name, so perhaps wrongly tarred it with the Lost brush.

I watched the first episode when it came out on Netflix, will go back to watch the rest at some point. It kind of felt like nothing really happened in the first episode, but I really enjoyed it. Sort of the story wasn't important as the whole thing was so dark, weird, on edge, creepy, strange, awkward. Or something like that, can't really explain it.
