I don't like the idea of her being allowed back, but the law should always treat everybody fairly and equally. you set a dangerous precedent once you start making exceptions.
Exactly this, she should be bought back, face trial and face the consequences, much as Assange should be deported to Sweden to face the legal system there!

I did say without getting into the legalities of it Reg The Tories have cut a £1 billion off the legal aid budget in the last few years.... 40% of what it was. Obviously yet to get round to this bit.

Yep. Let's find out what she's done and give the appropriate judgement which should include a charge of treason if appropriate. Not only this one but all who return to the UK.

Yep. Ive already seen comments of outrage about her being granted legal aid. My wife is a lawyer so Ill probably ask her opinion when she gets back from work rather than throwing out an ill formed opinion without asking for someone who knows stuffs opinions.
A legal POV..... https://thesecretbarrister.com/

Thanks for that Horlock. I hope everyone else reads it before spunking off opinions that are total ignorant of the law of the country. The Daily Mail does not rule the country. Especially as their owners don't even pay tax in this fucking country.

Nobody has. Can anyone elaborate on what entitles an individual to legal aid?

Same thing with seats at football, always someone who is up and down like a yo yo then stands on your toes as they edge past you When I had my season ticket in the DRS I got the same seats every year, right at the back and on the end of a row. The lads that sat near us used to just climb around the back One year I had a guy who used to sit right in front of me, he never made a sound but was always throwing himself back in exasperation. If I was sat leaning forward with my elbows on my knees I'd nearly get nutted

They were pissing about on DLR trains yesterday at Canary Wharf. Luckily I can utilise the Thames Clipper and avoid all this. However I do feel your pain, commuting in London at the best of times is a real effort without all this extra stuff going on.
