I think we will get a deduction very soon the more and more our financial problems hit the roof without paying the CVA and oweing £25,000 To Cheltenham. All footballing debts must be paid in full etc...

i would say that scarborough fc is a much closer comparison to our situation than leeds.

they had 10 points deducted for failing their CVA, but were then wound up in the high court.

That's not actually true in the sense that the FL do not have specific regs for a club going into admin a 3rd time, although they do have regs for directors presiding over more than one period of admin since the introduction of FPPT. What is more concerning is whether a judge would allow the current board a 3rd period of admin without a viable rescue package on the table or whether he'd just order the business liquidated.
