Surely the ingrained expression of misery, dashed hopes and disappointment will do that?
Yep! it's all in the deep sadness in the eyes! My boyfriend has only been coming a few years so he has yet to gain this! It shows in the way he's SO excited where as me and my dad are just quitley pooing our pants! Oooooh and on the kit thing seeing as my mum gave my premiership Summerbee 2 shirt to the Oxfam shop when I moved out might role with the gold and black stripped away kit with Parkin 9?? I know everyone else hates that kit but I loves it! Meh who am I kidding I've already sorted my outfit for Friday night right down to the nail varnish!!

There are some deluded souls on here, if they think 15 year old shirts will still fit.

Many true fans don't buy shirts. Also, wouldn't all the fairweathers have the old prem shirts etc....

Given that 15 years ago I was 8 years old; then no, I don't think mine would fit. (Plus I didn't have one then anyway because I was a glory-hunting Man Utd supporter )

That Magnatec shirt is ace, I've got one of them!
Was the only time I got names printed that season. Horlock on the home one, Allison on the blue and black halved away one and as mentioned before, Thorne on the Green 'special edition' third one.

Think I have 9 in total, the oldest is a GWR FM one from 89, that may fit round my arm nowadays.

The oldest I've got is the green 'potato print' Burmah one from '93. (Think it was '93).
Still fits, but the felt sponsor logo has gone and it's looking a bit tatty.
I've also got a 'Swindon Town On Tour' tee-shirt from '89 somewhere.

I wore mine to Italia 90, If i ever put it on ebay, i certainly couldn't describe it as "mint" condition. A tramp with 10p might buy it at a push.

I must say that ibelieveinmrreeves looks dashing in that white Burmah third kit too, he is one for the ladies. I wore the 1992/1993 away green potato print to Wycombe a couple of weeks ago and received a number of very positive comments whilst in The White Horse, perhaps I should have charged £1 in a pint glass too. I would be delighted to see a vast array of past Town shirts on show on Friday night.
