Dont know if this has been mentioned before but according to BBC,Villa are bidding £3 million for Brian Howard.Sell on clause by any chance?

Wasn't he out of contract when we got shot? I therefore doubt there is any sell on clause.

Good luck to him. Really seems to have sorted himself out since leaving. Suprising given the staple diet up north is pies. Fact*.

Yet the chip shops in Swindon seem incapable of making gravy fit for human consumption. Including the 'award winning' Simms, which I found a little average anyway.

If they get him for 3 million its a bargain....hes young,can get from box to box,great passer,scores lots of penalties....oh and shit load of goals in open play,in my view probably player of the championship so far.
