A fundamental of management is not asking players to do what they're not able to do.
So don't ask Jerel to play out from the back like a Rio Ferdinand (I use this analogy not because he''s that great but peeps will have heard odf him unlike Ruud Krol).
Don't ask Aaron Brown to play left wing back.....he doesn't know what is a very specialised role and can't play it.
Today especially with a difficult wind cried out for a simple 4-4-2 formation.
