I kind of see it Larwood, but I thought I'd look up Micky Braddock aka Micky Dolenz and find a pic of him in Circus Boy...this was a prog I saw as a small kid in the fledgling days of TV late 50's early 60's......I didn't like it....orrible American stuff...didn't resonate with me.

 The Monkees however did and was awesome.....I think the nod to England being by then, hip and happening was the inclusion of Davy Jones, and his estuary twang.
