Think he's deleted Twitter but he's Facebook friends with some people I know from Evesham... His messages aren't locked off yet so feel free to let him know what a cunt he is: https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=638248382

I do wonder whether there is a degree of 'well if I cannot have the club I want to fuck it up for anyone here'
This was my first thought when I read about this latest episode.

Was it? Genuine question. In general terms does being granted an appeal show there is significant doubt on the original judgement/new evidence. Or is just a right through normal judicial process. The latter would put me more at ease! Layers will take anyone's money.

As far as I'm aware an appeal needs to have a real rather than fanciful chance of success to be granted a hearing. And I'm with Constanza, this was always very likely. It's been ongoing for months, but we still might not see an actual hearing for some time. Also believe it's been earmarked for mediation, so may still get resolved. Or not, this is Swindon Town after all.

If it can wait until next September, after ST sales have finished, that'd be a silver lining.

Wasn't it hanging there the problem with ST sales this year?

I suspect it must be down to a technicality somewhere for the simple fact that its going to take something of a sway in legal terms for a judge to accept Jedders evidence as fact after the previous summing up.

Jed taking a massive chance via an appeal because he can't pay his bills.

I still cannot believe he found £50k to pay the last legal bill.

If that Cunt gets control of the club I will personally gut him in the center circle on the opening day of the season.

If I was Jed I would genuinely fear for my own safety in the unlikely event that he resumes control of the club.
