Watched 'Barney's Version' last night. Long old slog but worth it, Paul Giamatti is superb.

Watching independence day again.
What I'm wondering is, how is the mighty USAF communicating with their bombers when all their satellites are down?

One of those "so bad it is good" films is on BBC1 tonight. Taffin at 11:55 stars Pierce Brosnan with an irish accent that sways between laughable and non-existent.

Watched The Lookout which could have been really good but it wasn`t. Best part was the joke - what do you call a mushroom that walks into a bar and buys everyone a drink...... a fun guy...made I laugh

The Fighter was my viewing last night. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and pleased it wasn't in the least bit sugar-coated.

I was even surprised at how close the final round was to the actual fight.

Hangover 2 - Pretty fucking funny. The plot is the same, but it's still a good laugh.
