Finding Franks Red Hot Sauce!
I used to be addicted to that. My favourite hot sauce is now, Red Rooster sauce, as the yanks call it, otherwise known as Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce by Hoy Fong Foods.
Back to Frank's though, they do have the best ever recipe on the bottle, which I shall now copy here so all can see the brilliance of this clearly technical and tasty example of cuisine.
Buffalo Chicken Wings
2.5 lbs. chicken wings.
1/2 cup of Franks® RedHot® Sauce.
1/3 cup of melted butter of margarine.
1. Bake wings 1hr at 425'f or deep fry for 12 minutes at 400'f
2. Combine RedHot® Sauce and butter.
3. Dip wings in sauce to coat.
