That's mark number one against wise IMO. Shouldn't stand for it.

Brown got rightly boo'd today until the stupid cunts started clapping everytime he touched the ball.

I booed him, the people who stated clapping him are hippies and as such should be shot.

I echo SY's sentiments

What a cheeky motherfucker!

He better play like a fucking machine for the entire season... If he stays that long.

Someone better crop him properly in training. Maybe Gurney could do the job  :D

Its pretty obvious that Aaron and DW have had a bit of a falling out.....something I think isn't altogether surprising.....but if Brown is prepaared to get his head down and work, then surely we should forgive his little spat.

As much as I'd love it if he left and ended up at a non-league team, he can be a decent player when he puts his mind to it, city away...for example.

Maybe with the fans on his back, booing etc and Wise's no-nonsense attitude we may see a better side of him. Afterall, the other players are improving under the new management, why shouldn't Brown?

Give him a chance to prove himself, if he doesn't impress offload him to Oxford or some other shit team.

He's still a knob mind...and I did boo him.  :smile1:

I'm willing to forgive but he will have to pull his finger out.

He makes me so freakin' angry!

i boo'ed the cunt as soon as he appeared from the dugout.

the bloke is a disgrace, he ought to be ashamed. last week he announced that he wanted to leave, didn't impress on trial at donny and comes back with his tail between his legs and asked to stay because nobody else is interested in him.

even if he could play at a higher level, it's foolish and idiotic for him to conduct himself in this manner, he's basically made it clear that this football club is his last resort.

utter cunt.

mind you, he'll probably have his contract cancelled by the end of august when he realises that he'll have to work hard to get anywhere near the team.

I wouldn't mind hearing what Brown has to say for himself. It'll annoy me more if he doesn't make an apology.

I doubt he will however.

These blokes sitting behind me annoyed me today  "oh its stupid booing him he's still wearing a Red shirt!"

Yes he is but not out of choice you cunts.

If another club were to come in for him next week he would be off.

"Humble Pie he's having a slice!, Humble Pie he's having a slice!"

We've done him a big favour by potentially letting him go on a free, then actually taking him back.

He needs to put in more effort than anyone else to get out of my bad books.

I boo'd him. Not like the happy clappy hippy vegitarians that applauded his every touch.

But if he has withdrawn his transfer request he is out of limbo and back as being an STFC player. I don't like what he did, but he has won a second chance with me.

why is it obvious?

It was public knowledge way before then that Brown wanted to leave if we got relegated...about March time....why do you think his performances suddenly picked up towards the end of last season...trying to be noticed.

Stupid thing is, its not like he has said he wanted to go, then stayed like say Steven Gerrard did the other summer...he said he wanted to go, went on trail to another club turned them down then came back to us....because no one else wanted him saying he wants to stay, does he fuck....the only reason he hasnt gone is because no one wants him, the minute someone does he will fuck off.

When he asked to leave, we should have said fine contract terminated....there is door.

He has burnt his bridges and I dont want him anywhere near our first team.

So what if it starts playing well? is it because he wants to prove a point to the fans....is it fuck....if hes playing well its for one reason and one reason only....he wants someone to notice him and rescue him from Swindon.

I was loving it when the whole Nationwide seemed to boo him. A few games of that and he might just do well trying to prove us all wrong.
Keep it up for now!

Spot On Sir!, just like i said earlier in this thread.

He only wants to stay cos no other cunt wants him.

The funniest thing was him turning Brentford down thinking he would definitely have a contract waiting for him at Doncaster.  :wanker:

I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to better yourself by playing at a higher level and for more money, we're not exactly near footballs pinnacle. Granted, he didn't go about it very well, but i'd be surprised if there were one player in the current squad who would rather play for the shirt, over a big money move to a higher division.

He shouldn't say that he "wants" to stay though, that's just rubbing our noses in it

I booed him but eventually felt a tiny tiny bit sorry for him.

I still think he could do a job for us though......

The problem with booing him is it can have an affect on the entire team rather then just the individual.  First home game of the season, people apparently feeling optimistic, does anyone really want to hear boos?  Think about it.

But surely for the first home game of the season we want to create a loud, positive atmosphere.  Any booing, regardless if it is aimed at an individual, creates the opposite.

My point was people seem to be implying they will boo him against Barnet, the first home game of the season.  And mind your language, I don't appreciate being sworn at.  Tit.

It wasn't randon, it was too add emphasis on how booing Brown in a friendly really doesn't matter.

I was told last night by "a source" ( :-))( yes i know) that Brown wanted to leave after a bust up with wise over the new training regime, which Brown felt to be "dissrespectful to the senoir pros" (WTF?)  Wise literally told him to fuck off.

Upon his return he was made to stand up in front of the whole squad and apologise for his conduct.

I've no idea if thats true or not, but I pray to the gods I dont believe in that the last bit is true. In fact I'd have paid good money to see it

I can see it now, Brown shuffling & looking at his feet mumbling "sorry lads I'm a cunt"
