I was shocked when Holloway was interviewed about 4 weeks before the season started. Basically saying that he was struggling to sign players! In the end, he signed some utter dross and eventually paid the price for it.

I'm going to throw some completely unfounded speculation out there, based on nothing other than a thought in my head. But Di Canio to Bristol City would make a lot of sense if/when O'Driscoll gets the boot.
Anybody see SOD's interview after the game? He didn't take too kindly to one question and the follow-ups to it.

They were top of the league when he took over, have won 2 out last 18 games (exc playoffs), spent £18m assembling the worst squad the PL has seen since possibly us.
He is a cock as well
Derby were far worse than anything before or since

That's true, think there was a dogshit Watford team around the turn of the century as well.

We got 30 points. Plenty have gone down with a lot less than that (although we did play 4 more games than most. Think Sunderland have got less twice, maybe they'll make it a hat trick this year.

I like Holloway. Would have snapped him up over the past few years at different times.

I personally think he should be England manager. Not for any real reason, I just think he'd do well and be a laugh to boot. It would also be funny to watch FIFA try and handle him.

and me. Used to think he was an idiot but it soon became apparent he is far from that. 3 of his top players from last season have gone or been injured and nobody could do better. The guy is dignified and honest. He will get another job and will do well I'm sure but he clearly needs time out for a while. I know he's a rovers man but their rivals are crying out for him imo

I bumped into him in Ikea a few years ago, it was one of those moments when you do a double take because you recognise someone. He nodded his head like he had seen a mate

I've always liked him. Breath of fresh air. Wasn't there a Youtube clip of one of his interviews that went viral a while back? I forget what the subject matter was, but do remember it being brilliant.
