Broadbent on up front? ok then.
Tom Broadbent is the new Van der Linden, John Sheridan is the new Andy King and we can only be in awe of his tactical genius. That is all.

I don't normally read opposition fan forums. But the yellow folk Match Day Thread gets interesting on Page 19 (1st goal). And then goes in to full meltdown on Page 22 (2nd goal/nail in the coffin). Enjoy.

I see on the gaschat forum one poster stated they had wanted Broadbent to have a go up front.

Enjoy. I've been sniggering away for the past 10 minutes or so having a read through. The fact we scraped a win throwing a 4th choice centre back up front is even better.

We had the Pox comms on. Hearing them go from smug to worried to absolutely suicidal was quite joyous.
My 12 year old discovered that we could just get a signal for BBC Radio Oxford while we were waiting for the wife & youngest in our local Sainsbury's car park. BBC Radio Wiltshire, sadly, just out of range here (Hampshire/Surrey borders). But it transformed our afternoon. The chaps on their comms basically lost the power of speech after the winning goal. Crap radio for the locals, I'd imagine. But highly entertaining for us. To be fair to them, once they came round again, they gave credit where it was due for the turnaround. Like us, they recognised that we were nowhere at HT. But that tactically, the Hunt & Broadbent substitutions made a difference.
