i read an article in National Geographic about caffeine's effect upon the brain and body, and since have always been very careful about my intake. it's drastically underestimated.

Ahhh, it's all coming back to me. It was after Cheltenham Away, the night that me and Nic had that really big row and she gave the ring back. To coin a phrase, I was rather blindo. I don't remember getting home but apparently the making up was ace  Cool
