and yeah we are mixing puddings with dessert. I was brought up on a council estate. everything was pudding. and lunch was dinner. and dinner was tea.
Differentiating between sweet/pudding and dessert is always a vexed subject.... but I'm reassured that not everything is lost to US style cabinets. Here's a seemingly reasonably traditional British company that still makes trolleys
